Return Policy for OxyVanta products

This Return Policy applies to purchases of Cellular Oxygen Tonic, Metabolic Energy Capsules, and the Daily Oxygen Support Kit made through quoglarnzla.world when shipped to addresses within the United States unless a separate wholesale agreement specifies different terms. By completing a purchase you acknowledge these rules.

Eligibility window

You may request a return authorization within thirty calendar days of the delivery timestamp shown on the carrier tracking record for your order. Requests submitted after that window may be declined except where extended by applicable consumer protection law.

Condition requirements

Cellular Oxygen Tonic bottles must be unopened, seals intact, and free from leakage when received back at our inspection point. Metabolic Energy Capsules must remain in the original sealed container with tamper band intact. Daily Oxygen Support Kit returns must include all bundled components and the printed usage card; partial kit returns are not accepted unless a documented fulfillment error occurred.

Non-returnable situations

We cannot accept returns when products have been opened for tasting or trial beyond what is required to verify exterior damage upon arrival. We also cannot accept returns that result from address errors entered at checkout unless the package is still sealed and never delivered, in which case carrier policies apply. Promotional bundles labeled final sale at purchase are not eligible for return unless required by law.

How to start a return

Email Reach OxyVanta through the contact tools on quoglarnzla.world with your order number, the product name, and a brief reason code such as changed plans, duplicate order, or shipping damage. We will issue a return merchandise authorization and a prepaid label for domestic shipments when the return qualifies under this Policy.

Refunds and timing

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within seven to ten business days depending on your bank. Shipping charges from the original order are refundable only when the return results from our error or a damaged product that you documented within forty-eight hours of delivery with photos.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different OxyVanta format, request a return for eligible items and place a new order for the preferred product to avoid inventory holds.

Damaged or missing items on arrival

If a shipment arrives with broken glass, soaked labels, or missing units, contact Reach OxyVanta immediately with photographs of the outer carton, inner packing, and affected items. We will coordinate replacement or refund without requiring you to pay return shipping for verified damage claims.

Wholesale accounts

Approved wholesale partners operate under separate return schedules and restocking fees described in their agreements. This consumer Policy does not replace those contractual terms.

Policy updates

We may adjust return windows or procedures to align with carrier capabilities or warehouse locations. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and will apply to purchases made after the update unless law requires retroactive treatment.
